This was our creation & first inspiration for The Cheesecake Collection.  A fun twist of two desserts in one.  The famous dessert, Baklava, is made of layers of crispy phyllo dough, chopped walnuts, melted butter, cinnamon & honey.  And that crust, absolutely divine!  Our cheesecake batter is filled with pieces of baklava & topped with a chocolate ganache. And finally for that social media photoshoot, we stack slices of baklava in all sizes, including bite size miniature pieces, this is just show stopping!  It's rich, creamy & luscious.  You dont have to be Greek to order this, Opa!!
